True - it is almost like we are afraid to 'push our beliefs' on others.
It seems like through Bush's presidency he told us less and less why he was doing what he was doing. I think he has very strong 'ideas' but purposely isn't conveying them - so much of what he did was a trade-off to get the dems to agree to funding the war.
