EC likes the idea of shareholders having control over executive pay. He really does. In fact, EC has said for a long time that one LEGITIMATE function of government would be to shed some sunlight on how executive pay is determined in public corporations - and to give more power to the people taking the risk- the shareholders. Well... Obama says he\'s doing that. Is he really doing that or just using that as a smokescreen to accumulate even MORE power over the US economy?
