This afternoon the Supreme Court put the brakes on Obama's plan to re-allocate ownership of Chrysler to the unions who helped to destroy the company. Obama's plan was to give a huge chunk of ownership to the unions at the expense of those debt holders who are senior to the union's claims... Ruth Bader Ginsberg issued the stay today - yeah, I'm surprised, too.
