The internet chatter about these rail cars and the purported fema camps has absolutely zero to do with Katrina or disaster relief. As for the Chemtrail's, no offense meant but you know not of what you speak. The FACTS are: These are rail cars, these are authentic photos of the insides of these cars, there is extensive internet chatter about these rail cars and their use at NO POINT in this video do we state that is what they will be used for, or did you not watch the entire video?
