This is the SECOND of two TeaParties that were held on April 15, 2009 -- the first was in the City of Hot Springs, Arkansas .. This one was hel at the same time at the Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas In this quiet little town, in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day, 250 Citizens met at the courthouse while at least 150 more Citizens met and demonstrated at the Arlington Park in the Hot Springs National Park
