The Give Act, HR1388 I shot this video before the bill was passed in Congress and the word "mandatory" was taken out of the bill and replaced with "encouraged." However, I decided to post the video anyway as the fact that "mandatory" was in to begin with is a cause for concern! We must pay attention, that it is not re-introduced in another bill or by Senate.
