The NEFA Foundation has obtained a newly-released video recording of a November 20, 2008 suicide truck bombing attack on a joint-U.S.-Afghan military base in the southeastern Afghan province of Khost. The video shows footage of the bomber—identified as "Qari Abu Omar”, a “patient man with experience in jihad”—as he assists in the preparation of nearly 3,000kg of explosives, his farewell More.. to the camera, and the subsequent blast itself.
