If God gave us our Natural Rights in the first place, in this context, the Right to Life, which implies self defense, then who is gov't to transgress that Natural Right, & who are Church Leaders to enable that transgression by teaching the flock to meekly submit to this transgression? Romans 13 does NOT mean that we simply submit to a gov't that wants to take away our natural Rights, nor does it give ANY authority of ANY soul to trangress against any Individual Right!

That's ludicrous and DON'T BELIEVE IT FOR ONE MINUTE! The FULL verse says, "Let EVERY SOUL be subject to HIGHER AUTHORITIES, for there is NO authority except FROM God; but the authorities that exists have been ordained by God."

The authority that has been ordained by God is NATURAL LAW which gives each individual NATURAL RIGHTS that MUST NEVER be transgressed by ANY soul! Romans 13 has been sooo abused in the service of tyranny! Any pastor teaching that crap should be ashamed of himself, because he is making gov't a god that you are to submit to and that pastor has NO understanding of natural law which God Himself created!
