Atlanta Journal-Constitution - Tuesday, January 27, 2009 -- After a performance by a Jonesboro High School dance team, all dance, cheerleading and band members in the Clayton County public schools now will have to get their routines approved by an administrator. The new policy, announced Thursday, came two weeks after the Jonesboro dancers were criticized for performing provocatively at a basketball game Jan. 13. The dance team has since been disbanded, and its coach has been removed.
